Greatest Asset USA Inc. has a history of delivering comprehensive health and productivity management systems, active programs and services to a broad range of industry sectors.

The Company's intellectual property was established in Australia. The technology, system and method has been developed and refined over the last 7 years, across multiple geographical locations with large Australian businesses in the mining, road construction, energy, rail, manufacturing and corporate industries.

Board & Management

Troy Grogan, Chairman & Chief Executive Officer

Troy Grogan became CEO of Greatest Asset in Australia in 2003. He was responsible for delivering Greatest Asset programs to large Australian organizations including Bupa Australia, The Mars Group, The Wrigley Company, Orica, DMG Radio, Energy Australia, Railcorp NSW, RTA NSW, Xstrata Coal, Rio Tinto Coal Australia, and the South Australian Government.

Troy has broad experience in workplace health promotion, the fitness industry, occupational health and lifestyle medicine. His experience includes a previous ministerial appointment as a member of the Board of Directors for Central Coast Health; he currently sits on Northern Sydney Central Coast Health's Audit and Risk Committee and is the Secretariat Head of the Australian Lifestyle Medicine Association.

Gary Lapidus, President & Chief Revenue Officer

Gary Lapidus has been involved as an employee benefits consultant since 1980. He is founder of Benefit Plan Designs and co-founder of Elements Health Plans both in the United States. Gary also served as President of Sterling Health Solutions, a division he established for Sterling & Sterling, Inc. and has been the Director of Benefits for Frank Crystal & Company, a leading national brokerage firm. He is considered by his peers to be expert in both fully insured and self-funded employee benefit plans.

Since 1998, Gary has been integrating work-site health promotion and successfully guided organizations to realize improved health among its members. The results have lowered health care costs, reduced absenteeism, reduced work related accidents and increased productivity. Over the past 12 years, Gary has worked with many of the leading health management companies in the United States. Several years ago Gary learned of Greatest Asset and recognized its ability to produce greater results and improved data beyond similarly priced products in North America.

Bob Williams, CPA. Financial Controller

Bob was previously chief financial officer for a high profile insurance agency with all financial and banking responsibilities in Florida. Bob also was employed by the Department of Airports to assume complete financial and accounting responsibilities for a $188 million bond issue and construction of the new airport in Palm Beach County. In this capacity, Bob prepared all budgets: capital operating and debt service and approved all vendor payments, capital and operating. Bob prepared all comprehensive annual financial statements and coordinated the investments of the $188 million bond issue proceeds. Bob also had financial administration of operating budgets in excess of $50 million and supervisory function of fiscal staff for five divisions.

Max Andreaus, Chief Technical Officer

Max Andreaus has lead the architecture design and development of the The Greatest Asset USA Inc. software platform and information management system including the development of proprietary algorithms setting Greatest Asset USA Inc. apart and enabling a scalable platform.

Max's background is in the design of software for the purposes of self-learning and the application of highly specialized optimization, using advanced genetic programming techniques. Max previously worked for the Department of Defense as a Defense Scientist. He has also developed various specialized software packages for industrial manufacturing companies including NC software, external graphic order entry, multi-stage graphic scheduling package, and intricate price and discount modules. He has served as a consultant in acoustics and visualization, and has produced a string of technical publications in various fields.

Andrew Pitkin, Executive Vice President – Group Product, Quality & Development

Andrew Pitkin responsibilities include the overall management of the interactive programs design, content, quality assurance, and future product development for Greatest Asset USA Inc. Andrew has post graduate tertiary qualifications in Human Movement and Exercise and Sport Science and has worked in Workplace Health Promotion and the Health & Fitness industry for over 15 years.

For the last 3 years Andrew has been an Adjunct Lecturer at Southern Cross University involved in lecturing medical doctors in Lifestyle Medicine continuing professional development programs. Andrew has delivered many large scale worksite health programs and managed the quality control and product development of Greatest Asset development plans. Andrew is currently completing his PhD in the area of Lifestyle Medicine and Workplace Health Promotion through the use of emerging online technologies.

Gary Webb, B.Ex.Sc & Rehab (Hons), PhD (in progress)
Senior Project Manager - Workplace Health

Gary is an exercise physiologist with a particular interest in workplace health, public health, and lifestyle medicine. Gary has extensive experience in workplace health promotion as a senior project manager for many large long term health and productivity management programs.

Gary has worked as a consultant to the World Health Organisation in the development of public health strategies to target non-communicable diseases. Gary is currently undertaking a PhD in addressing the upstream causes of lifestyle disease through the development of a personal carbon trading scheme that targets both climate change and public health.

Gary has been an Adjunct Lecturer at Southern Cross University involved in lecturing medical doctors in Lifestyle Medicine continuing professional development programs.

Professor James Hill PhD Senior Scientific Advisor
Center for Human Nutrition, University Colorado

Dr. Hill's extensive career in the field of obesity research includes a focus on behavioral changes associated with the maintenance of weight loss. In addition to serving on numerous government panels he is a former President of the Obesity Society (TOS) and immediate past president of the American Society for Nutrition (ASN). He has published over 350 scientific articles and book chapters in the area of obesity, and was recognized for all of his achievements by receiving a prestigious MERIT award from the National Institutes of Health.

Dr. Hill is Director of the Center for Human Nutrition, and Professor of Pediatrics and Medicine at the University of Colorado.

Holly Wyatt, MD Medical Advisor
Associate Professor in the Department of Medicine; Division of Endocrine, Metabolism and Diabetes
University of Colorado Denver

Dr Wyatt is Associate Professor in the Department of Medicine, Division of Endocrinology, Metabolism, and Diabetes at the University of Colorado Denver. She received her undergraduate degree for them University of Texas, her Medical Doctorate from Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas and completed her internal medicine residency and endocrinology fellowship at The University of Colorado. She currently is a physician and clinical researcher at The Center for Human Nutrition. She also runs the Metabolism and Obesity clinic at The University of Colorado Denver.

Dr. Wyatt has been the National Program Director for the Centers for Obesity Research and Education (C.O.R.E.) since 1999. CORE was established to help educate health care professionals on how to manage obesity in their busy practices. CORE has educated over 5000 providers since its inception. Dr. Wyatt has received both a National Service Research Award and a Patient-Oriented Research Career Development Award (k23) from the National Institutes of Health to study energy metabolism and metabolic factors associated with weight loss in reduced-obese subjects. She currently has an RO1 award from the National Institutes of Health to study strategies to prevent weight regain. Dr. Wyatt is board certified in Endocrinology and is senior editor of the professional obesity journal- Obesity Management.

Dr. Wyatt's research interests include measuring resting energy expenditure, fat oxidation, total energy expenditure and activity levels in a weight reduced population. Dr Wyatt also studies how diet composition affects long-term success in weight loss maintenance. She has studied subjects who are losing weight with the Atkins' (low carbohydrate) vs. a low fat, high carbohydrate diet. She has also investigated diet composition, exercise patterns and breakfast consumption in the National Weight Control Registry.

Dr Garry Egger, PhD Senior Scientific Advisor
Professor of Lifestyle Medicine, Southern Cross University

Professor Garry Egger specializes in weight control, obesity management and Lifestyle Medicine and is an advisor in weight control to several Governments and the World Health Organisation. Professor Egger was the developer of the original GutBuster's program for men, he has published over 100 peer reviewed articles and 29 books and text, Garry also develop Australia's guidelines for both physical activity and weight control for the Australian Government. Garry has recently taken on the role of International Editor for the American Journal of Lifestyle Medicine.

Dr David Harris, PhD (Med) Behavioral Medicine Advisor

AlphaOne® was initially developed by Dr Harris. He was formerly the Director of the National Workplace Health Project, Australia's largest study of workplace health strategies conducted by the University of Sydney. Dr Harris has a PhD in behavioral medicine. His expertise and passion lie in the design, delivery and evaluation of integrated worksite health programs for trades and labour occupations and the development of industry-specific health management programs.

Dr Ronald S. Laura, Research Advisor: Philosophy of Medicine & Health Education
Professor in Education, The University of Newcastle

Educated at the universities of Harvard, St John's College, Cambridge, and Brasenose College, Oxford, where he was awarded the Oxford D. Phil degree with Congratulation, Dr. Laura is currently the Senior Chair Professor at The University of Newcastle in Australia. Since his arrival at Newcastle University, he has served a six year term of office as Dean of the School of Education, and as its Departmental Head for three years. He served for two years as Chairman of the New South Wales Joint Committee of Deans of Education, and he has twice been elected President of the Philosophy of Education Society of Australia. His predominant area of research is in the philosophy of medicine and health education, where he has developed a powerful message about quantum health and healing.

Dr Laura has also created a revolutionary program of exercise called: The Matrix System, which has shown demonstrated popularity internationally. Dr Laura is widely published with five best sellers, one of which, The Matrix Principle, is now in its 12th print.

Scientific and Medical Advisory Council

Greatest Asset welcomes accredited physicians, academics and health professionals to apply to be members of Greatest Asset's Medical and Scientific Advisory Council.

Accredited Advisory Members will be asked to comment on various projects and developments Greatest Asset is pursuing. Advisory members will be kept up to date through regular webinars, e-news and product launches.
